Vinification :  White vinification with light maceration. Cold fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks in order to keep its freshness, delicate aromas and crisp acidity.

Tasting notes: Pale salmon color, fresh strawberry, cherries and green melon. Solid structure in the mouth and acidic finish.

Serving and Food Pairing: Enjoy at 10 °C. Pair with fresh seafood, salads and spicy Asian dishes, cold cuts, grilled red mullet, fried shrimp, risotto and pasta with light sauces.
