Vinification:  White vinification with light maceration. Cold fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks in order to keep its freshness, delicate aromas and crisp acidity.

Tasting notes: Light pink, clear colour, floral on the nose with notes of strawberry, orange zest and cherries. Full in the mouth with a fresh, lingering finish.

Serving and Food Pairing: Enjoy at 10 °C. Pair with fresh seafood, salads and spicy Asian dishes, cold cuts, grilled red mullet, fried shrimp, risotto and pasta with light sauces.
