The estate has been blessed with water from Ochi, the nearby mountain, and has been productive through the ages. The fertile arable land formed on terraces, “pezoules”, produced agricultural products of excellent quality. In its gardens, horticultural crops and fruit trees were cultivated in the past. Citrus trees – mainly lemon trees – have thrived in recent years. At present, the estate vineyard produces a sweet wine, following a tradition from Antiquity with vinification from sun-dried grapes.
